We offer talking therapy, arts therapy, and psychotherapy for children, young people and adults. You can have brief, time limited therapy, or longterm therapy. Our multicultural practitioners trained at the renowned Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, and Roehampton University, London. We are trained in the use of sandtray, dramatherapy, visual art, clay, music and creative writing. But equally, if the arts are not for you, we are experienced practitioners of talk-based therapy. We service Online (anywhere in the UK) & Croydon, Bromley, Beckenham, south London and Caterham, Surrey.

Marissa is a dramatherapist and mental health practitioner, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Association of Dramatherapists. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including the NHS, mental health recovery, education (including primary, secondary, and Higher education), and learning disability care. She has worked with a wide age range of clients and work in a client led way, supporting clients and their families/loved ones with emotional and mental wellbeing.

KYRA HALL-GELLY MBACP

Specialisms: Multicultural Counselling, Young People, Adults, Autism & Addictions

Kyra is a BACP registered person-centred Psychotherapist using the Arts, Lecturer in Counselling at Kingston College, London and former member of the Croydon SEND Parent Forum Steering Group.

 

She has worked with vulnerable children and young people for over 15 years in schools, pupil referral units, youth groups, colleges, social enterprises and youth arts projects as a youth worker, Welfare department head, and mental health worker.

 

She is a member of the BACP (the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy), has a PG Cert in Counselling, and an Advanced Diploma in the Therapeutic Application of the Arts.

Jan is an attachment-based art psychotherapist with many years’ experience in varied mental health and educational settings (both mainstream and alternative). Jan specialises in parent-child dyadic work as well as supporting individuals struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, relationship breakdowns and bereavement.
